The characteristic of a conservatory isits roof and vertical glazing. The whole skeleton is made of meranti or pine multi-ayer glued timber. The walls of the conservatory and how they are divided is based on the design structural assumptions. Depending on the project it can consist of fixed frames, windows, patio doors and sliding doors with a low treshold HS type. We use multi-point lock fittings Siegenia which allow to open the windows in the following ways: tilt, tilt and turn, turn and sliding. Our standard products are fitted with hardware of the first anti-burglary class. These fittings make micro-ventilation possible and thus enable proper ventilation. We are able to manufacture any requested design, i.e. fixed frames, arched, trapezoid, triangular, glass case. Different muntins can be used: inner or outer bars, Vienna (glued-on), structural.
The structure of the conservatory ontains joinery based on EUROLINE 68 system in accordance with technical approval and wooden elements.
Individuality and complexity of the conservatory is mainly the roof structure. Elements of rafter framing ((wall-ridge, rafters and others) are made from high quality wood which not only ensures the necessary strength of the structure but also emphasizes the beauty of the natural wood. Depending on the designs, roofs can be single, double and multi-pitched. Often the roof ankle of the conservatory corresponds to the roof ankle of the house. All wooden elements are painted with GORI and REMMERS stain, which additionally protect the wood against various weather conditions.
Rafters in the roof are covered with aluminium profiles to which glass units are fixed. The units are completely watertight and there is no rain leakage whatsoever.
The roof is the most expensive and its structure is the most time-consuming element of the conservatory.
